The Property:
Gather in the main living area to relax by the cozy fireplace, watch a movie on the HDTV, or enjoy a friendly game of poker. This welcoming space features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that fill the room with natural light and showcase breathtaking mountain views. A beautiful rock wall behind the wood burning fireplace adds rustic character and warmth. Just outside, the main level deck invites you to step into the fresh alpine air and take in the peaceful surroundings.
Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen, with its spacious island, opens into the dining area, where two large tables provide seating for up to 16 guests. It's the perfect setup for preparing meals and serving a crowd with ease. The dining area is bright and cheerful, thanks to the abundance of windows that let in sunlight throughout the day. Paired with the large windows in the adjacent living room, the entire space feels open, airy, and beautifully connected to the mountain landscape, an ideal setting for shared meals, conversation, and quality time together.

This home is located in the desirable Eagle-Vail community, perfectly situated between Vail and Beaver Creek. Avon is just a 4 minute drive away, while both Vail and Beaver Creek resorts are easily accessible within 10–15 minutes. Guests can take advantage of the ECO Transit system, which serves the Eagle-Vail area and connects to Avon, Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, and beyond. The nearest bus stop, located at HWY 6 & Eagle Rd, is about a 30 minute walk from the home.
Summer guests will love the home's close proximity to golf and a variety of scenic hiking and biking trails. The EagleVail Golf Club is just a 10 minute walk away, offering a convenient option for golfers of all levels. Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property: From the driveway to the entry for the home there are 3 steps. Entry is on the main level.
– Parking: There is parking for up to 5 cars between the 2 car garage and the outdoor parking. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a trailer so we can confirm that it will fit in the driveway. One car is able to park in the garage and the other 3 in the driveway. – 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this property are maintained, however please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
