PAYMENT SCHEDULE
In order to secure this property, 25% of the total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event that booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As long as your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and also more than fourteen (14) days from the date of arrival, you will receive a refund of 100% of the total amount paid.
If your reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours after booking, there will be no refunds.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a guest rental agreement via email with the detailed terms and conditions for the specific property reserved. The guest is automatically subject to those terms and conditions unless the guest cancels the reservation within twenty four (24) hours of booking. You may be required to sign the guest rental agreement to gain access to the property. Communication on cancellations must be made directly with the property manager.
Since automated emails may end up being filtered by your email provider, please check your spam folder to find your guest rental agreement.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
If you are booking within fourteen (14) days of the date of arrival, there are no refunds, regardless of whether you cancel 1 minute, 1 hour, or 1 day after booking. Please inquire and contact us with any questions prior to booking.
