MeadowRidge 13-04 This two-bedroom plus loft, two-and-a-half bathroom vacation condo is located on the MeadowRidge Resort in Fraser, less than seven miles from the Winter Park Resort! This condo has queen beds in the bedrooms and a double bed and a twin bed in the loft. The bathrooms have been renovated. The deck has a great view of the ski runs and Byers Peak! When staying at Meadow Ridge, guests have full access to the amenities at the clubhouse. There is an outdoor, heated pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. The clubhouse also includes coin-operated laundry facilities, an exercise room, a racquetball court, and a tennis court (summer only). Several other vacation rentals are available nearby to plan a larger gathering. THINGS TO KNOW The condo is located on the free shuttle bus route to downtown Winter Park and the Resort. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
